Right now Ive got a Connon ZR60 and a UV filter. Im gonna get a long range microphone soon. Any suggestions? Bu friends got one of those JVC. I really love the picture it gets, the sounds ok to. Plus it has a built in wind filter, thats always good. But, I heard the JVC break real easy.

currently ive got a jvc a cheap one, but after renting or borrowing a xl1 or pd150.
you mean a tie on microphone or a boom dont know much about microphones.
You shot anything with your camcorda (pics) put it on "submit your work" page.

Sony Z1, but haven't had a chance to do much with it yet. I did get a cool still shot of a friend at the weekend, but don't think he'd want me to stick it on the web  . Edit: Ah, here's a neat still shot someone else did with the same camera. right now ive got a canon mv900, it was about £140 quid off ebay and it gives a d**n fine picture, though it is a little TOO small and easy to drop, i havent yet but im clumsy so its only a matter of time...
this is my first forray into minidv and its a neat little camcorder, when i get more to grips with minidv, and a decent job im after one of those bigass canon gl 2's, at least i think thats the name, i can never get it right.
