you will need alginate (dental moulding material) stage makeup plaster of paris thin plastic tubing fake blood food coloring liquid latex skin coloured medical syringes chicken bones if required, but more complex a real kitchen knife or axe/saw 1)make a plaster cast of your hand and let it set
2)make the alginate mixture adding food coloring to make it deep red flesh colour
3)prepare lengths of plastic tubing one for each finger with the ends sealed, also if you want bones then put chicken bones into the fingers aswell
4)pour the alginate mix into the plaster mould, it helps if the forearm is also included in the mould, and wait for it to set
5)carefully remove the plaster so you end up with an alginate hand/forearm with plastic tubing sticking out the back end
6)use skin colour liquid latex to apply layers over the flesh coloured alginate hand, building up in layers so the hand is now the required skin colour, also you could add fake finger nails
7)when you are ready to film, fill medical syringes with fake blood attatching them to the plastic tubing
8) film a closeup shot of the hand being tortured, fingers being cut off with a real bladed instrument and squirt the blood when the tubes are cut through, the inside will look gory if the alginate is the right colour and the latex skin will seperate from the alginate quite gruesomely, finally chopping off the whole thing at the wrist, this is where the chicken bones come in handy for detailed shots, for "quick" fast edited simple shots then leave the bones out
