im thinking about investing in a new camera. well im not thinking a am i was jsut wondering what everyone suggests. i was thinking in one of the new hd cameras like the sony or jvc any other suggestions? preferably 3 ccd

Song Xl1, PD150, then theres the HDV im not too gend up on them.

Me too.... Jus tgot funding for equipment, have about £2500 to spend on camera.. must be broadcastable quality... people are recommending the sony HDR - FX1..

Broadcastable ones are GL2, XL1, XL2, XL1s, PD150, PD170, any which have 3CCD's HDV are better but I hear the editing has a lot of bugs as its new out. Then its Betacam but they cost 6k - 30k HD is 100k used in (once upon a time) SONY DSR-PD150 |
